Tiffanie Flynn
Financial Coordinator
Tiffanie is our Patient Coordinator and one of the first smiles you’ll see when you walk into Austin Dental Works. Her favorite thing about her job is meeting new people and getting to know them over the years! Tiffanie grew up in San Antonio and moved to Austin in 2014 for better job opportunities but to still be close enough to visit family. Also, there is always something to do or see in Austin! She especially loves the live music and Broadway at Bass Concert Hall. Tiffanie’s weekend fun includes binge-watching a new tv series or movie, gardening, working on various crafts like painting or miniature dollhouses, and enjoying TexMex (#addictedtoqueso).

Fun fact about Tiffanie: “I love rap music, favorites include Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Tech 9!”
Baylee
Dental Hygienist
Baylee has known she wanted to work in dentistry since the age of 9 and couldn’t be happier to be doing just that as a dental hygienist! Her favorite thing about working with patients is watching their progress and enjoyment when they themselves feel the difference after changing habits for the betterment of their health. She’s from a small town north of Dallas but came to Austin for a change in scenery and to live and work in a cool city with endless opportunities. In her free time, she loves to be outside with her dog Moose, an Aussiedoodle, or relaxing on the couch with a good book (anything by Colleen Hoover!).
Baylee’s favorite quote: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Fun fact about Baylee: She loves the Texas Rangers baseball team!
Sarah
Dental Hygienist
Sarah is a dental hygienist at Austin Dental Works and feels that chatting with patients, getting to know them better is an awesome perk of the job. She grew up on a farm in central New York state and later followed her sister to the great city of Austin to stay! On the weekends, you might catch Sarah enjoying the outdoors, checking out kid-friendly spots around town with her daughter, or reading yet another book. When pressured to shorten her list of favorite books to only 3, she chose: The Goldfinch, The Phantom Tollbooth, and The Night Circus.
Sarah’s favorite food: Pizza. From New York’s finest to the freezer section – all of it.
Fun fact about Sarah: She hates cilantro. (“It tastes like dead bugs.”)
Yulissa
Dental Assistant
Yulissa is a dental assistant on our team at Austin Dental Works and looks forward to meeting and getting to know new people everyday! Originally from Minnesota, she moved to Texas when she was 15 and made Austin her home in the summer of 2020. Her favorite thing about Austin is all the amazing restaurants to try and outdoor activities, because she never runs out of something new to try. In her spare time, Yulissa loves doing yoga, trying new restaurants, watching Marvel movies and spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and her two furbabies Sophie & Maya.
Yulissa’s favorite quote: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Fun facts about Yulissa: She’s gone skydiving and in school getting a degree in counseling!
Valentina
Dental Assistant
Valentina is a dental assistant with us at Austin Dental works and feels dentistry is a very rewarding, fulfilling career. She thrives for the joy of caring for patients and being able to be a part of helping them smile again! Valentina moved from Virginia to Austin with her husband and enjoys all the friendly people and outdoor activities here. On the weekends, she spends a lot of quality time with family, loves to read, and soaking up some “me” time whenever possible. Her top picks for movies: Love Jones, Pretty Woman, and Two Can Play That Game.
Valentina’s favorite quote: “Let’s not get tired of doing good, because in time we’ll have a harvest if we don’t give up.”
Fun fact about Valentina: She’s a huge Lakers basketball fan!
