Prior to having a normal cleaning at Austin Dental Works, I went in for a consultation regarding a front tooth that needed cosmetic work. My wife couldn't stop raving about the personal experience and attention to detail that she receives, so I thought I'd give them a try. The experience was outstanding and I don't think I'll be switching dentists again. My previous dentist operated what you may call a "luxury dental boutique." Massages, heated neck pillows, sky-high prices never covered by insurance, and a consistent sales pitch to fix this, patch that, smile brighter managed to fully negate the positives. Austin Dental Works is where I can confidently go without being sold. Hap is friendly, honest, a perfectionist, and always leaves me making sure I am 110% satisfied with his work. I for one have not been to the dentist in 15 years until today, and im only 19. I felt a little nervous about going to the dentist but as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff & Dr.Hap, already feeling much better. I felt even better as I was getting my exam. Not only was I made to feel comfterble & entertained but also was told very useful information. I ask alot of questions & Dr. Hap knew every single answer. One very important thing I could say is I didnt feel cheated at anytime. I was told what was exactly my problem and I was not rushed. My exam was 100% proffesional. The actual exam room itself is really a treat. A modern look with good taste in decoration & the impacable cleaned area was a plus. One of the things I had was a deep cleaning.......which let me tell you it felt amazing after the Dr. was done. I will defenitly be back to see Dr.Hap at Austin Dental Works. Thank you so much for the service! If your reading this, and thinking about your next dentist visit, trust me you wont be disapointed!!!!

AWESOME staff! I missed my appointment but Hap was so nice, he was able to rescheduled me the same day that afternoon. There was no waiting in the beginning and no paper work at the end (insurance fully covered). The staff was super friendly. LCD tv hanging in the operating room so you can watch netflix while they work. Sunglasses to keep the operating light out of your eyes. Best part was the fillings didn't hurt - I fell asleep. And I got home in a little over an hr. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I really enjoyed my last Teeth Cleaning at Austin Dental Works. The staff was great and I was able to watch TV while I had my Teeth Clean.
I love seeing Dr. Hap, he is a very caring, gentle, knowledgeable DDS. Dr. Hap was always making sure that I was comfortable and that I was never in any pain while he is doing his procedures on me. Its great to see a DDS that cares about the well being of his patience and I look forward in seeing his staff again this week for teeth whiting , and also changing my filling, from silver to white. So I thank you again, I am very lucky to call you my Dentist.
Hap is a great technician and and really nice guy!. He has great hands and has a nice manner. I like the way he introduces himself--"Hi, I am Hap!" He is getting busier and that is bound to happen. The other people in the office make it a good place for teeth.

I LOVE this dentist. I actually moved to Dallas but still drive to Austin to have him clean my teeth. I have never had a dentist take the care he takes in cleaning the teeth. I had some minor staining from drinking tea which is COMPLETELY gone after the cleaning. I have had multiple people comment on how great my teeth look. The office is clean, contemporary and has wonderful perks like you can watch 30 Rock while getting your teeth cleaned. Also, for someone without dental insurance, the cleanings are not too expensive. The staff is wonderful--so welcoming, professional, and efficient. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this dentist. Seriously, try him!
Dr. Hap was very nice and blew me away with his "Interactive TV Experience!" Want to catch up on 30 Rock why you get your check up and teeth cleaned, go to Austin Dental Works! And they don't just use the flat screen for entertainment, Dr. Hap took pics of the problem areas of my teeth and showed me what exactly he saw and took the time to explain it. I go to a Dentist every year and never had a more enjoyable experience from the Dr. to the staff to the 21st Century Dental Experience. Thanks Austin Dental Works!
